The Delfin III, Delfin´s new stylish vessel begins the journey in the remote town of Nauta, Peru and transports guests in exceptional comfort into the Amazon rainforest, along the mighty Amazon River, to the Ucayali River, the Amazon’s largest tributary, as well as other neighboring creeks, each one rich in cultural experiences, some wildlife and thriving rainforests. Go fishing for piranhas, explore into the dense jungle on foot in search of three-toed sloths, toucans, macaws then come back to the comfort of our skiffs to and hunt for endangered pink dolphins, unique to the Amazon, at play. As the Delfi n III journeys towards the union of the Ucayali and the Marañon Rivers, considered the birthplace of the Amazon, learn from our experienced, English speaking naturalist guides about the diverse cultural experiences in the Amazon, wildlife and birds while enjoying the panoramic views from onboard.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Owner´s Suite

The Owner’s Suite is most spacious interior of all the cabins. Located on the second deck in the front of the ship, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the expansive river through 180 degrees of floor to ceiling windows.

Corner Suite

The two Corner Suites are located on the main deck in the front of the ship, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the expansive river through 90 degrees of floor to ceiling windows.

Upper Suite

The Upper Suites each feature floor to ceiling windows for stunning views of the passing scenery. Located on the second deck of the ship, guests will enjoy king size beds with fine Peruvian cotton, comfortable sitting areas, and attention to every detail.

Delfin Amazon Cruises will accommodate special requests and dietary requirements (children, vegetarian, allergies, etc). However, because we sail in such remote areas, we simply ask that all requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your sailing date.
